Concrete Repair & Resin Injection
Resin injection is a highly specialised form of waterproofing that is a very effective system for carrying out leak sealing and repairs to leaking construction & kicker joints in below ground concrete structures such as lift pits and basements. Resin injection can also be used for effective sealing of cavities and voids, this variation is more commonly known as curtain injection. There are various types of resin that we use, this is dependent on factors such as the type of construction, whether there is active water ingress, temperature to name but three.

Leaking Lift pits
A well-designed resin injection system more often than not is the ideal way to waterproof an existing lift pit. We can carry out the waterproofing works with the minimum of disruption, for example keeping the majority of the lift mechanism insitu.
Our teams are used to dealing with lift pit waterproofing issues in banks, commercial buildings, care homes, offices and hotels. We can carry out the works outside of normal working hours when required.
Repair of concrete structures
Quite often poorly poured or compacted concrete can be the root cause for water ingress problems. We have specialist teams who can carry out the repairs required to enable a ‘water proof’ solution. We use specialist surface preparation equipment to ensure our repairs are of the highest standard.
