Drained protection with dual V4 and V6 sumps and pumps and AlertMaxx 2 high water alarm. This particular project was an existing basement of a private dwelling built circa 2010. Our clients wanted to convert the area into a usable space which incorporated a gym, spa area and cinema room. Using the Delta Membranes cavity drainage system, we were able to provide our client with a fully water managed space, which enabled the installation of the several different wall and floor finishes they required.
